Welcome! I am Olivia and I am so happy that you are here.

I am a UK based Mindset and Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher on a mission to reconnect incredible women with the utterly fabulous person that they already are.

 

I have had a huge shift in my life over the last few years as I have moved away from my identity of being a Science academic, completing my Masters in Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London and then becoming a Science Teacher at an incredibly tough secondary school in Croydon. In this role I found myself constantly reaching  a state of burn out and was struggling to feel grounded in myself as a person.

 

Over the last few years I have spent a lot of time nurturing my inner self and learning about the more holistic approaches to health in a bid to receive more balance in my life. I have invested hugely in my own personal development and this has enabled me to become so much more conscious in my relationship with myself, with others, with work and everything else in my life.

 

Over this time I have done a whole host of things to reconnect back with my authentic self. Knowing how much yoga had brought me home to myself in the past, I decided to embark on a Yoga Teacher Training course. My passion for holistic health extends to my love of healthful plant-based cooking, and I was able to co-create and edit a series of vegan E-books with the Raw Food Legend that is Tanya Maher (find our amazing creations to purchase at https://tanyasliving.com/). I spent 3 weeks at The Advanced Gerson Clinic in San Diego learning all about food as medicine and the healing properties of foods for all kinds of ailments. I am now also a qualified Life Coach with a focus of helping my clients connect with their true self and live life full of health, physically and mentally.

 

I now run a weekly timetable of yoga classes that allow you time and space to reconnect to yourself through mindful and intentional movement. I also provide 1-1 coaching for anyone ready to uncover their self-sabotaging subconscious mind and reconnect to the fully conscious and amazing person they already are. I also host yoga supper clubs consisting of an hour yoga class followed by a plant-based healthful feast - an opportunity to socialise, whilst receiving ultimate self care.

Online Yoga Classes

I offer a number of vinyasa classes throughout the week, each with a slightly different theme and style to suit what you are looking for. All classes are focussed on dropping you out of the thinking mind and into your body. Using the breath as your guide, moving with presence and compassion for yourself, in whatever way you arrive on your mat that day.

 

All classes will be held on Zoom so that in this mad world you can have some consistency in your practice by doing it in the comfort of your own home. Take the time to show up for yourself this week, with your camera on or off, and breathe, and move, and be perfect exactly as you are! I can't wait to see you.

1-1 Coaching

The coaching programmes I offer are bespoke and tailored to suit your individual needs. Once we have had an initial consultation to get to the root of what you are currently experiencing, we will put a sustainable plan together to begin to release any old, self-sabotaging patterns run by the sub-conscious mind, and rebuild that connection to the fully conscious and amazing YOU. 

Wellness Events

Post-covid I will be hosting yoga supper clubs at the stunning space of At The Kitchen in Cheadle Hulme. These evenings will consist of an hour yoga class followed by a plant-based healthful feast. This is an opportunity for you to socialise with your friends or turn up on your own to create new friends, whilst receiving ultimate self care from a beautiful class and equally beautiful food. These events will make your heart sing!
